Dr. Blackmore is a graduate of the University of Toronto Dental School. His internship in dental anaesthesia was completed at St. Michaels Hospital in Toronto. Dr. Blackmore is a certified specialist in Dental Anaesthesia.
He is an instructor at the University of Toronto Dental School (anaesthesia and restorative dentistry). Dr. Blackmore, is an instructor at the world famous Speer Academy in Arizona and he has special interest in aesthetic dentistry.
Dr. Pierre Miller

Dr. Miller is a General Dentist whom holds a diploma in Dental Anaesthesia. He graduated from the University of Toronto Dental School in 1994 and completed his internship program at the Toronto Western Hospital the following year. His residency in dental anaesthesia was completed at The Hospital for Sick Children and Wellesley Hospital in 1999.
Dr. Pierre Miller has been a major part of our office for more than 20 years. His gentle, calm demeanour, warm smile and sense of humour put his patients at ease. He enjoys treating both children and adults for all aspects of restorative dentistry. We feel fortunate to have someone of his calibre amongst our team.

Dr. Jonathan Campbell
DDH, DDS, MSc DENT ANES, Dental Anaesthesiologist Specialist
Dr. Campbell graduated from the University of Minnesota faculty of dentistry. While completing his dental degree, he received numerous awards for his outstanding academic merit and clinical skills. Prior to becoming a dentist, Jonathan was an arborist and a dental hygienist. He completed his three-year residency in dental anaesthesiology at the University of Toronto and is now recognized as a certified Dental Anaesthesiology specialist as designated from the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
Jonathan is a clinical instructor at the University of Toronto where he teaches dental anaesthesia residents paediatric anaesthesia. He is also a member of the ASDA, ODA and RCDSO.
His joy of dentistry continually pushes him to pursue additional knowledge in all areas of a modern dental practice. Of particular interest to him, is providing the patient with a comfortable experience and environment in which they are to receive their dental treatment.
Dr. Peter Bellingham
DMD, Endodontics Specialist
Dr. Peter Bellingham is a certified dental specialist in root canal therapy. Dr. Bellingham graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University and received his D.M.D. from Harvard University. He then attended the post-graduate endodontics program at the University of Maryland.
During this three-year residency, Dr. Bellingham gained extensive training in non-surgical and surgical root canal therapy, and received a Master of Science degree for his clinical research comparing the effectiveness of root canal disinfecting techniques.
Dr. Bellingham is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, and serves as a clinical instructor in endodontics at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Dentistry. During Dr. Bellingham’s personal time, he looks forward to relaxing at the cottage and enjoying the outdoors.
Dr. Karl Cuddy
BSC, DDS, MD, MSC, FRCD(C) Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Specialist
Dr. Karl Cuddy was raised in Burlington, and studied at McMaster University where he received his BSc prior to starting professional and graduate studies at Western University and the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed his studies in dentistry and medicine, receiving DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) and MD (Doctor of Medicine) degrees. Hospital based residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was completed over 6 years through the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, London Health Sciences Center and St. Joseph’s Healthcare London. Additionally, Dr. Cuddy completed a MSc in Pathology, studying tumour markers in cysts and tumours of the jaws.
Following residency, Dr. Cuddy furthered his training as a fellow in Advanced Craniomaxillofacial Surgery and Trauma through the Head and Neck Institute, Legacy Emanuel Medical Center and Portland Providence Medical Center in Portland, Oregon, USA. Dr. Cuddy works as an Assistant Professor and Director of Education and Maxillofacial Trauma at the University of Toronto with the graduate training program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His research interests include the use of technology (ie. computer aided surgery and intraoperative imaging) to improve patient outcomes in orthognathic and craniomaxillofacial reconstructive surgery, including for patients with defects and deformities acquired through trauma, congenital anomalies or tumours of the head and neck.
Away from work Dr. Cuddy enjoys a number of sports, including hockey, tennis, skiing and cycling.
